OLD JOHANNESBURG GENERAL HOSPITAL PHOTOWALK, 02.07.11 (Part II)

Somewhat delayed, but here are few more shots to conclude the series from the Joburg Photowalkers tour of the old Joburg Gen.

The Chapel in the grounds of the hospital, built by the Sisters of Marseilles. Looks like some folks don't have too much respect for this type of thing.

Much restoration needed.
Interesting building across the road from the old nurses residence.

  1. I did my internship at that hospital in 1988. Looking at the pictures sure brings back a lot of memories. I’d hate to see such beautiful buildings go to ruin!
